BrainStorm AI provides an AI-powered productivity platform that includes task management, note-taking, voice transcription (AI Scribe), in-app calling with real-time analysis, and financial tracking features. The Service is powered by Google's Gemini AI.

2. Subscriptions and Payments

We offer various subscription tiers:

• Free Tier: Includes limited tasks, notes, and AI queries.
• Individual Plan ($9.99/mo): Provides unlimited features for a single user, including all AI personalities.

All payments and subscriptions are managed via the Google Play Store (RevenueCat integration). Local pricing and taxes are determined by Google Play. We offer a 7-day free trial for premium plans.

3. AI Content and Accuracy

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate summaries, tasks, and analysis. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may occasionally be incorrect or incomplete. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of any information generated by the Service before relying on it for critical decisions.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purposes or in a way that violates the rights of others. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Recording or transcribing conversations without the consent of all parties where legally required.
• Uploading malicious code or attempting to disrupt the Service's infrastructure.
• Using the AI features to generate harmful, hateful, or illegal content.

5. Data Privacy

6. Limitation of Liability

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Google Play Store.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the founder operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
